The Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP)
SAYP is a training programme that strengthens the participants’ ability to drive and implement change work within their respective organizations. The training programme includes webinars, interactive lectures, case studies, coaching and workshops to deepen and practice your knowledge in inclusive youth work and leadership. SAYP aims to provide young professionals the opportunity to contribute to development and change in their regions. As a SAYP participant, you will be able to expand your own contact networks and share ideas, experiences and challenges with other like-minded professionals.
