Method
The Dialogue for Peaceful Change (DPC) method was developed as a response to recurring violence in Northern Ireland. It is a holistic process designed to teach you how to manage and analyze change and conflict between individuals and/or groups. The training is especially useful for those working in schools, managing conflicts within teams, leading projects with challenging collaborations, or working with people in at-risk environments.

Certification and Accreditation
After completing the training, you will be certified as a DPC Facilitator and become part of a global network of over 1,800 certified mediators. This certification enables you to use mediative communication in both formal and informal contexts, supported by a comprehensive manual that serves as a practical guide for applying the DPC method in various situations.
To ensure your continued development and competence, you will have access to follow-up and skill-building opportunities through DPC’s Community of Practice. This network allows you to connect and share experiences with other professionals working with the DPC method, both in Sweden and internationally. This community offers a unique opportunity to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in peacebuilding, conflict management, and mediation.
We have experience training groups at the leadership level, youth groups aged 15 and above, and staff teams across various fields. Contact Sofia Bratt-Graham at sofia.bratt-graham@fryshuset.se to book the training, a workshop, or a lecture on DPC!
